CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations received until 15th June 2026: 50% refund of gross registration fee after excluding bank transaction charges and GST.
Cancellations received until 15th August 2026: 25% refund of gross registration fee excluding bank transaction charges and GST.
Cancellations received from 15th August 2026 onwards: No Refund.
The time stamp of email will be considered as the official date of cancellation request.
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to mail@transcon2026.com
Refunds will be processed after 60 days of completion of the conference.

IMPORTANT NOTES & INCLUSIONS OF WORKSHOP

Conference registration is mandatory for attending the workshop.
Registration is available on a first-come-first-served basis; only 30 seats available per workshop.
Last date to register for workshop: 10th September 2026
One delegate can register for only one workshop.
Seats are limited and will be allotted on a first-come-first-served basis.
Includes Workshop Badge, Lunch, Workshop Folder Kit, etc.
Date & Time of Workshop: 17th September 2026, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please ensure your email ID and mobile number are up-to-date for registration receipts and conference communications.
Bank charges will be applicable as an additional cost.
Registration is mandatory for Abstract Submission, Poster Presentation, all contests, Invited Faculty, Chairpersons & all Committee Members.
For Post Graduate registration, a recommendation letter from HOD is mandatory.
Registration is non-transferable.
Please mention your registration number in all transactions.
In case of payment transaction failure, the delegate will be responsible, not the organizing committee.
The decision of the Organising Committee will be final.
Organizers will not be responsible for any date change of the conference.
No medical insurance or mediclaim is provided by the conference.
For legal purposes, the jurisdiction area is Kochi.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as a resurgence of COVID-19, natural calamities, or other unavoidable situations, the Organizing Committee, in consultation with the National Governing Body of ISBTI, reserves the right to take appropriate decisions, including cancellation, postponement, or transition to a virtual mode.
