Participants are requested to obtain a letter from their HOD certifying that they are currently pursuing MD/DNB in Transfusion Medicine or Immunohematology & Blood Transfusion, and upload it to their own Google Drive.
The file may be named with the participant’s own name. Please ensure that Google Drive sharing is enabled as “Anyone with the link can view” before submission.
The shareable Google Drive link should be pasted in the designated URL field during quiz registration.
